Monday, May 19
Lunch: We have been invited to a luncheon hosted by the International Relations Committee. It is an informative and collaborative discussion about ACPE in the world. Registration required by April 16, 2025.
Registration Fee: Because our plans include overnight, ACPE requires us to have a registration fee of $25 per member. Our registration link is below. You must be registered, and pay any appropriate registration. This registration does not include and is not included in the ACPE Annual Conference registration fee.
Reimbursement: You will also need to be registered with ACPE’s reimbursement program and meet their guidelines (limitations and timeline for submission within 30 days) to be reimbursed for hotel and meals. I strongly suggest you get on ACPE reimbursement program as soon as possible.
As many of you know, ACPE reimburses at set rates and items (ie, no alcohol).
- 2 nights hotels (Friday and Saturday. ACPE’s rate is half the room rate or up to $125/person/night.)
- 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners (ACPE’s rates are $20/breakfast, $25/lunch, $40/dinner)
